1. Website Purpose

The M6 Tires website provides information about M6 Tires and the tire services it offers.

The website is service-focused. It does not currently provide an ecommerce checkout or online payment system.

Calling M6 Tires, opening a WhatsApp conversation, selecting Get Directions or otherwise using the website does not by itself guarantee an appointment, roadside dispatch, on-site service, particular response time or availability of a particular service.

Service availability is confirmed directly by M6 Tires.

2. Services

M6 Tires advertises the following services:

M6 Tires also provides on-site service for eligible business customers and volume pricing for eligible business-to-business customers.

The website focuses on heavy-duty trucks, commercial trucks, fleets and trailers.

3. Pricing and Quotes

M6 Tires discusses the required work with the customer and provides or confirms the price before beginning work.

Quotes are valid for 5 days.

Website descriptions do not constitute a job-specific quotation unless M6 Tires expressly provides or confirms pricing for the particular work.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces any requirements or rights that apply under Ontario law.

4. Service and Pricing Authorization

Service may be authorized through:

The customer must authorize the requested service and applicable quoted charges before M6 Tires begins the authorized work.

For roadside or on-site service, the customer must authorize the requested service and applicable quoted charges before M6 Tires personnel are dispatched.

This authorization confirms that the customer has agreed to the requested service and the applicable pricing or charges communicated by M6 Tires.

Telephone calls with M6 Tires are recorded. Those recordings may form part of the record of service requests, quotations, pricing, authorization and other service details discussed or agreed during the call.

The purpose of call recording and M6 Tires' handling of recordings are described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payment

Payment is normally due immediately after service.

M6 Tires accepts:

M6 Tires does not store customer credit-card numbers.

6. Roadside Tire Assistance

Roadside Tire Assistance is available during the following advertised hours:

Monday–Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Public holidays: Closed

Roadside availability is subject to confirmation.

The travel/service-call fee only is waived where the service location is within 10 km driving distance from the M6 Tires workshop, as determined using Google Maps.

Travel beyond 10 km is charged. The applicable travel/service-call charge for a location beyond 10 km is quoted case-by-case based on location.

Tires, installation, repairs, labour and other products or services are charged separately.

The 10 km threshold is a travel/service-call fee-waiver threshold. It is not a maximum service boundary.

There is currently no fixed maximum roadside service distance. M6 Tires may provide roadside service beyond 10 km subject to availability, confirmation, applicable travel/service-call charges and applicable service charges.

M6 Tires does not guarantee service at every distance or location.

Before M6 Tires personnel are dispatched for roadside service, the customer must authorize the requested service and applicable quoted charges.

M6 Tires may decline or stop roadside service where conditions are unsafe or where the service cannot reasonably be provided.

Calling or messaging M6 Tires does not guarantee dispatch or a particular response or arrival time.

7. Workshop Hours

M6 Tires' workshop hours are:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Public holidays: Closed

8. On-Site Service and Volume Pricing

On-site service is available to eligible business customers, subject to confirmation.

There is currently no fixed maximum on-site service distance.

On-site service remains subject to eligibility, availability, confirmation, applicable travel/service-call charges and applicable service charges.

M6 Tires does not guarantee on-site service at every distance or location.

Before M6 Tires personnel are dispatched for on-site service, the customer must authorize the requested service and applicable quoted charges.

M6 Tires may decline or stop on-site service where conditions are unsafe or where the service cannot reasonably be provided.

Volume pricing is available to eligible business-to-business customers, subject to confirmation.

Website references to on-site service or volume pricing do not, by themselves, establish eligibility or a particular price.

9. Promotions

Promotions are governed by the offer details published with the applicable promotion.

The current promotion offers:

25% off wheel alignments + 30% off tire installation service.

The service must be booked by October 31, 2026.

10. Warranties and Statutory Rights

M6 Tires does not currently provide a separate formal additional written warranty.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives any right, remedy or warranty that applies under law and cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.

11. Telephone Call Recording

M6 Tires records business telephone calls.

Calls are recorded to document:

Recordings may also be used to help clarify or resolve later questions, misunderstandings or disputes concerning those matters.

12. WhatsApp and Other Third-Party Services

The website may link to independently operated third-party services.

The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp so that a customer can communicate with M6 Tires through WhatsApp Business.

The Get Directions button opens Google Maps.

M6 Tires does not operate or control those third-party platforms and does not guarantee their availability or functionality.

Use of those independent platforms is also subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies.

13. Directions and Distance Measurement

Third-party mapping services may generate their own directions and routes. M6 Tires does not control directions generated independently by Google Maps or another mapping provider.

For purposes of the roadside travel/service-call fee policy, distance is determined using Google Maps driving distance from the M6 Tires workshop.

14. Website Information and Availability

M6 Tires may update website information to correct errors or reflect changes to its services, business hours, promotions or other information.

General website information does not replace a quotation, price or service arrangement separately confirmed between M6 Tires and a customer.

M6 Tires does not guarantee that the website or an independently operated third-party service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

15. Intellectual Property

The M6 Tires logo was created specifically for M6 Tires and M6 Tires has rights to use it.

Website copy was created for M6 Tires.

Current website photography is AI-generated specifically for M6 Tires. No unlicensed stock photography is intentionally used.

The M6 Tires website may contain material owned by or licensed to M6 Tires as well as third-party material. Such material is protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual-property law.

Nothing in these Terms claims ownership of third-party names, trademarks, platforms or other material belonging to their respective owners.

16. Limitation Relating to Website Use

To the extent permitted by applicable law, M6 Tires is not responsible for loss arising solely from temporary website unavailability or the independent operation or unavailability of a third-party website or platform outside M6 Tires' control.

This provision relates to the website and independent third-party platforms. It does not release M6 Tires from obligations relating to services actually performed and does not exclude or limit any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Privacy

M6 Tires' handling of personal information is described in the M6 Tires Privacy Policy.

18. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit M6 Tires to restrict.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

20. Changes to These Terms

M6 Tires may update these Terms prospectively.

The current version will be posted on the M6 Tires website with its last-updated date.

An update to these website Terms does not by itself change a service arrangement already separately confirmed with a customer.
