M6 Tires records business telephone calls.

Calls are recorded to create a record of service-related discussions and agreements between M6 Tires and the customer, including:

• quotations and pricing;
• authorization to perform services; and
• other service details discussed or agreed during the call.

Recordings may also be used to help clarify or resolve later questions, misunderstandings or disputes concerning those matters.

Callers are informed at the beginning of a recorded call that the call is being recorded and of the purpose of the recording.

4. WhatsApp Business

M6 Tires uses WhatsApp Business for customer communications.

When you communicate with M6 Tires through WhatsApp, information contained in the conversation is processed through WhatsApp as well as being accessible to M6 Tires through its WhatsApp Business account.

WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own terms and privacy practices. M6 Tires does not control WhatsApp's independent handling of information through its platform.

WhatsApp conversations with M6 Tires are retained in WhatsApp and may be accessible to the owner and employee(s) who use the M6 Tires WhatsApp Business account.

5. Google Maps

The M6 Tires website uses an external Get Directions link to Google Maps.

When you select that link, you leave the M6 Tires website and use a third-party service operated by Google. Google's collection, use and handling of information through Google Maps are governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices.

M6 Tires does not control Google's independent operation of Google Maps.

Google Maps driving distance from the M6 Tires workshop is also used for determining whether a roadside service location falls within the applicable travel/service-call fee-waiver threshold.

6. Website Analytics and Tracking

M6 Tires has not confirmed the use of analytics, advertising pixels or other marketing-tracking technologies on the current website.

If analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies are introduced in the future, M6 Tires will review and update its privacy disclosures and any required consent mechanisms as appropriate.

M6 Tires accepts:

• cash;
• debit;
• credit card; and
• e-transfer.

Payment is normally due immediately after service.

M6 Tires does not store customer credit-card numbers.
